Risk Assessment
I. Issues that have arisen
Timing: The project progress is a little bit slower than the schedule. It is because the interview and secondary research took longer than expected.
II. Issues that may arise
Schedule: Now, the progress is slower than the schedule, so I have to adjust the schedule. However, the schedule may still need to be adjusted later.
Scope: The project was initially planned to design a web and an app for art schools, but it may only have enough time to design a website. If this happens, I will change the plan and make a new schedule, and then some of the time might shit to app design. If this does not work either, I'll probably spend all of the time on web design.
